The Best Place To Invest-Brazil.
26/04/2011According to the Emerging Market Private Equity Association (EMPEA) Brazil has become the number one destination for private equity investments.
Based upon the opinion of potential private investors, in regards to the emerging BRIC economies, Brazil has been marked as one of the most appealing places to invest, superseding China the previous favourite.
The reasoning for Brazil’s rise in popularity amongst investors has been considered to be due to an increase in Brazil’s global economic presence as well as the trading incentives Brazil offers to possible investors, something their competitor’s lack.
Also, in comparison to Brazil, China is perceived as a more politically impeding country making the required planning permissions and other necessary paperwork more difficult to procure. The difference between a plot that is worthless and a plot which is of great value is a result of attaining these permissions, which may take years to acquire.
A striking surge in the Brazilian Middle-class sector has coupled this economic growth with class mobility within Brazil deemed as one of the main factors causing this development.
The group ADIT Invest 2011, a recently formed investment group, have forwarded themselves as the main investment consortium in Brazil. Linked with Equity-International, U.S based investment group is preparing to support dynamic business and enterprise in the following years to come, having already invested $1 Billion to date.
The priority of this group is to help tap into the “exponential” potential Brazil has prior to the media explosion which the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics, both of which Brazil are hosting, will inevitable cause.
ADIT Invest plan to offer its members exclusive support ranging from property fairs and seminars as well as proposing to provide added security for investments. ADIT members include property development, construction companies, architects and most notably lawyers and interpreters. The purpose of this will be to give insight into the local and national markets using the most reputable companies, including Invest In Brazil LTD, who will be attending the ADIT conference in Fortaleza on May 10th.
