Tambaba Gets ADIT Support

18/05/2011

During May 2011 Tambaba Country Club Resort (TCCR) attended the ADIT Invest 2011 conference in Fortaleza Brazil. Hosted between the 10th and the 12th of May, the intentions of ADIT (The Association for Real Estate and Tourism Development of Brazil) were to break boundaries between foreign investors allowing them to build bridges into the Brazilian real estate market.

Developers of TCCR, Invest In Brazil Ltd, were one of the first international organisations to be accepted as associate members of ADIT. Members of the ADIT association will have a range of advantages over other foreign investment groups, who will no doubt wish or attempt to venture into Brazil in years to come. This trend will become more apparent as the media limelight moves ever closer towards Brazil prior to the country becoming centre stage for the 2014 Fifa World Cup and the 2016 Olympics.

The ADIT Invest was attended by a number of companies, all involved in property, wishing to liaise and gain contacts as well as those wishing to embark on joint business ventures. Various Real Estate organisations, lawyers and property developers were present in the aim to build a group of reputable companies able to assist those wishing to invest in Brazil.

Of those who attended ADIT Invest 2011, representing TCCR were; Sean Trafford, Massimo Furio Fiaschi and Richard Cash. It was stated by Mr Cash before the event that he was “excited” by the prospect of “showcasing” TCCR whilst extending the network of service providers already available to TCCR.

After the event Mr Cash remarked that his position on the exhibitions expert panel allowed him to gauge the “value” of these types of events in regards to building local partnerships.  He added that these events would offer “support to developers, investors and end users” alike by directing potential investors towards companies who were secure and established in the industry.
