Rome Wasn't Built In A Day
05/04/2011As with any successful property development venture, before the structure itself is finished, it is integral that the necessary building of infrastructure has to be completed first. This was the main prerogative of Tambaba Country Club.
The first of these tasks to be undertaken was the resort’s drainage system and water well. Water equates to more than 60% of human mass and as we all know is crucial to life. Aware of this as the main requirement to live, this was Tambaba’s initial infrastructural project. A system comprising of over 16km of pipeline is being placed across the length of the resort meaning that waste removal and access to clean water will be readily available for use by forthcoming property owners. Completion of the first well is imminent and construction of the second well due to immediately follow these proceedings, in order to provide the country club’s water supply.
Electricity poles, to be set similarly to a pylon system, are currently being erected and connected to provide the electrical current for the country club, which will eventually guide the nights of the residence and illuminate the beauty of the resort. Tambaba already has 60% of the required quantity of pylons for the plots.
Other developments being currently conducted include the completion of roofing and the laying down of the curb stones which provide the outline of the resorts roads.
The construction company are running ahead of schedule for completion concerning these projects. However, with household electrics and water pipelines as yet to be incorporated into buildings, these elements of construction are reliant on the completion of others.
Also the roof tiling of Gaurita has been completed with roof closures soon to follow suite. This progression, in conjuncture with the continuous ordering of materials, is an indication of the tireless work ethic the builders have adopted as well as the advancements made in project completion.
