"Now" Is The Time To Invest In Brazil

28/04/2011

In the opinion of overseas investors and investment groups Brazil is viewed as the “prime” region for the opportunity of capital gains.

This is most apparent in the North-East of Brazil where once sleepy fishing towns such as Joao Pessoa are now developing into picturesque tourist destinations, due to the beautiful white sand beaches and the tropically green environment which these locations boast.

Overseas property companies are currently keeping a close eye on the progression of the Brazilian real estate market as they have predicted that there will soon be an imminent influx of international investment.

Experience International, an overseas property specialist, have great expectations of Brazil quoting it to be a country “on the verge of high value growth”. The Experience group then went on to further add that “Brazilian property is one of the best property investments in the world.”

This opinion was also recently seconded by property website Rightmove. Rightmove agent Nick Marr highlighted the practicalities of the current Brazilian Real estate market for any potential investors. Mr Marr stated that “it presents investors with great exit opportunities when it comes to sell, they not only have overseas buyers but local population to sell the property investments to”.

The popularity of these locations means that there is a large domestic demand for land as well as that from foreign investors, coinciding with the 65% of Tambaba’s land plot sales to date that have been made to the local market, suggesting that the window of opportunity to capitalise in Brazil is now.
