Ethical Investment

Tambaba Country Club Resort is considered one of the leading ethical alternative investments in Brazil right now. Designed to complement the environment as well as the local economy, Tambaba allows you to put your money into a truly sustainable investment for both safety and profit.
Protected Forestry
To ensure preservation of forestry, Tambaba incorporates over 30 hectares of protected ‘Mata Atlantica’ – tropical atlantic coastal forest – cleverly integrating numerous nature trails and leisure activities. In maintaining every single square metre of forest on the original land we are protecting the natural breeding environment and eco systems of numerous tropical birds, capuchin monkeys and other indigenous species of animals.
Sustainable Development
In addition to maintaining the ‘Mata Atlantica’ forest within the resort, our sustainable development programme means that not only are we not removing a single tree, but as part of our obligations to environmental sustainability we are adding a minimum of 3500 new trees to the project, with a minimum of 4 new trees required to be planted on each and every plot. This is to carbon-offset the residences within Tambaba, as well as to preserve the natural beauty and integrity of the resort. Coupled with a low build density, the project is set to enhance the environment it is in.
90% of Brazilian electricity is supplied from renewable sources such as hydro-electric and wind farm power and will be used on the resort. Added to this, the entire water supply for Tambaba Country Club resort is from numerous natural spring fed wells, ensuring a sustainable and renewable means of pure water supply.
Fruit and vegetables for the residents and guests will partly be supplied by the farm to both the shops and the restaurant facilities, with much of the additional fresh food requirements being sourced from local food suppliers.
Social Responsibility
Tambaba Country Club Resort is designed to not only attract international and domestic tourism to boost the local economy, but also to contribute to the reduction of the 9 million homes needed within Brazil right now. Employing only local labour and local businesses for design and construction, it will also provide a number of jobs directly to the local community in the numerous shops, leisure facilities and resort management aspects of the resort.
Designed to create local communities and opportunity, as well as sponsoring a
number of social initiatives from the UK into Brazil, such as the Jason Roberts
Foundation, Tambaba Country Club Resort is designed to make a significant
social impact on the local area, and is one of north east Brazil’s most ethical
real estate and alternative investments.
